WHERE TO BEGIN

If you are no stranger to the sport of CrossFit you can jump right into our classes after a quick 30min evaluation with a coach. For those of you who have never done CrossFit before, don’t worry, our beginner sessions will get you comfortable with all the movements before starting classes.

Beginner Options

Option one

  • 6 one on one sessions with a coach to go over form and technique
  • mini workouts at the end of each sessions
  • 1 mobility session with our Physical therapist
  • 1 month of nutrition accountability
