CrossFit Classes ages 16 and up

One hour long CrossFit classes that incorporate elements of various sport and exercise regimens creating a highly intense, constantly varying, one heck of a workout.

Kids Class

Ages 6-10:  Perfect for the little athletes. We work on building a strong foundation such as coordination, balance, and core strength, by introducing them to fitness through fun styles of working out such as relay races, obstacle courses, and many other fun games! (45 minutes)

Ages 11-15:  We start introducing more technical movements in the workouts such as weightlifting, and gymnastics, while still focusing on building a strong foundation. (45 minutes)

Power Vinyasa Yoga

Join Kate LaFleur (RYT 200) for an hourlong power vinyasa flow! Open to all levels, all ages, members and non members.
Power vinyasa will include vigorous movements, restful moments and deep stretches. It’s open to all levels of experience, and there’s plenty of room, so bring a friend and a mat.
