Attention All Men!
Thursday February 27th at 7pm come for a WOD and stick around after for a beer (or 2). Feel free to bring your friends. The WOD will be for all fitness levels so if your friends have never done CrossFit before let them know it can easily be scaled. Be sure to bring beer for yourself and your brews brothers to enjoy afterwards.
